Responsibilities:
Project Management: Project pitching, contract review, design fee proposal & negotiate, regular meeting with clients.
Masterplanning: Studying posiibilities of zoning, massing, circulation, defining typologies
Architect: Design direction, team management, drawing & presentation production.


As Thailand is entering its senior society stage, the project aims to become homes of average to middle-class income with more than 2,500 units of residence and supporting facilities for the new community. The project is to be developed and invested through an international venture.
