Integrating Boston’s unique composition of land, people, opportunities, and diversity

The Integration Hub is the proposed anchor program, an extension of the adjacent South Boston Innovation Campus. The community will be joined by various institutions to form a dynamic interacting community, composed of a wide spectrum of residents; students, young professionals, families, and businesses.

The hyper-diverse hub requires immediate needs for a multiplicity of housing units which will define the permanence intervals and ownership types but most importantly, the density of the urban form. Outdoor spaces with the central bay, the space could house commercial, recreational, and cultural activities.
