Pioneered in 2015, ‘Doubled-Twin Cities’ - Sapporo : Chiangmai * Onomichi : Chonburi was the first pilot project with the establishment of SEASON MANIAC. The initiative was launched on 16th September 2015 at CAI02 (Contemporary Art Institute, Sapporo).

SEASON MANIAC has levitated into its next step of collaboration in the international scene, initiating the 'Urban Reimagine Design Competition & Showcase' in 2020. With the mission in Social Infrastructure Development, the 4 core pillars are underlined inclusively: Heterodox Economics, Neo Education, Sustainable Agriculture, and Contemporary Arts and culture.

The program is structured to bring all stakeholders; Young Talents, Academic Institutions, Private Corporations, as well as Governmental Organizations - in all scales Domestic, Regional, and Global.
